MARZIPAN'S FOUNDER
Yehoyada “Yoyo” Mandeel is a global tech executive and serial entrepreneur with 20+ years of building and scaling technology businesses across the US, UAE, Europe, and Israel. He is the Founder & CEO of Marzipan Tech, a boutique AI consultancy in New York, following a tech exit in 2025.
Previously, Yoyo served as Head of International Solutions at G42 — the UAE’s leading big-data and AI company — where he led digital transformation for eight government entities across four continents. He was CEO of Yeda Education (Time To Know), built SodaStream’s global e-commerce unit across seven-plus key markets, and led global digital innovation at Adama.
Earlier in his career, Yoyo served as Aide to the Secretary of Government in Israel’s Prime Minister’s Office and clerked at the Supreme Court of Israel. He holds an MBA and an LL.M (Summa Cum Laude) from Hebrew University and Georgetown University.
OUR SOURCE OF INSPIRATION
Yehoyada’s family, the Carlebach family, traces its origins to Lübeck, Germany—home to one of the world’s most renowned marzipan foundries. In his family, marzipan was never just a confection; it was a symbol of craftsmanship, transformation, and exclusivity. Generations before him spoke of the artistry behind it—how simple ingredients like almonds and sugar could be shaped into something extraordinary, something that sparked joy and admiration among all who experienced it.
Marzipan Tech was born from this same philosophy. Just as master confectioners turn raw ingredients into a delicacy, we take complex technologies and refine them into seamless, intuitive, and impactful solutions. Technology, like marzipan, should not be daunting or mechanical—it should be crafted with precision, creativity, and a touch of wonder.
